Tue, 05/26/2009
Houston, TX (May 26, 2009) — The Hill has named Bracewell & Giuliani LLP partner Scott Segal and senior principal Susan Molinari to their annual “Top Lobbyists: Hired Guns” list.
The list recognizes leading Washington insiders who have mastered the art of lobbying. The select list is compiled through conversations with members of Congress, key aides and other lobbyists.
Segal, who was also named a Top Lobbyist by The Hill in 2007 and 2008, is co-head of the federal government relations and strategic communications practices at Bracewell. He assists clients with effective participation in the legislative and regulatory processes in many areas of government operation, including environment, energy, trade, and consumer issues. Segal also has led campaigns for clients in financial services, health care and other fields.
Molinari is a senior principal in the government relations, advocacy and strategy section of Bracewell. A former Congresswoman from New York, Molinari helps develop and implement legislative, regulatory and public affairs strategies in the complex federal environment. She brings nearly two decades of experience, determination and bipartisan spirit to Washington on behalf of her clients.
