Practical Law Company Recognizes Bracewell And Its Attorneys

HOUSTON – June 1, 2010 – Bracewell & Giuliani LLP has been recognized across multiple practice areas in the Practical Law Company (PLC) Which Lawyer? rankings. Bracewell received high marks as a "Recommended" firm for its work in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and tax law in Texas, and for financial restructuring in New York.
In addition to the recognized practice groups, five Bracewell attorneys were highlighted by PLC Which Lawyer? as endorsed individuals: Edgar J. Marston, Richard C. Rice and R. Daniel Witschey, all partners in the Houston office, were endorsed for their work on M&A transactions in Texas; Austin Partner R. Joe Hull was recognized for his tax practice; and Evan D. Flaschen, a partner in the Connecticut office and head of firm's financial restructuring group, was endorsed for restructuring in New York.
