HOUSTON – June 1, 2010 – Bracewell & Giuliani LLP has been recognized across multiple practice areas in the Practical Law Company (PLC) Which Lawyer? rankings. Bracewell received high marks as a "Recommended" firm for its work in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and tax law in Texas, and for financial restructuring in New York.

In addition to the recognized practice groups, five Bracewell attorneys were highlighted by PLC Which Lawyer? as endorsed individuals: Edgar J. Marston, Richard C. Rice and R.
