Firm Receives High Marks in Syndicated Loans

HOUSTON (February 4, 2008) — Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation has published its year-end US league tables.  Bracewell & Giuliani LLP ranks among the top legal advisors for syndicated loans by transaction dollar volume, faring well even against firms significantly larger in size.
   
Bracewell & Giuliani continues to enjoy a national reputation in the syndicated loan arena.  Each year, the firm advises borrowers, lenders, issuers and underwriters on billions of dollars of finance transactions, representing many of the world’s largest lending institutions, funds, companies and institutional investors in high-level and complex financing deals.
