Energy And Restructuring Partners Named Best of the Best

HOUSTON (April 30, 2008) – Institutional Financial Law Review ranked three Bracewell & Giuliani LLP partners as Best of the Best USA, 2008. G. Alan Rafte, head of the energy and finance practice, and Charles H. Shoneman, co-head of the energy regulatory group, were recognized as leaders in energy and natural resources while Evan D.
