Finance
Each year, Bracewell & Giuliani advises borrowers, lenders, issuers and underwriters on billions of dollars of finance transactions. We represent many of the world’s largest lending institutions, funds, companies and institutional investors in high-level and complex financing deals.
Our lawyers structure and document a full range of senior and subordinated debt and first or second lien financing and syndicated loans. We draw on our extensive securitization and structured-finance capabilities to help sponsors and lenders with asset monetizations and a wide variety of bankruptcy remote structures, restructured commodity hedges and credit sleeves.
Our project finance experience is strong, particularly in energy industry infrastructure projects for utilities, developers and producers. Our finance team is equally skilled in the representation of lenders, underwriters, issuers and borrowers in restructurings and workouts, and in financing all forms of international trade.
