Representative Matters

We served as the chief strategist and defender before the media for refiners and petrochemical companies in more than 150 lawsuits relating to the MTBE fuel additive.

Our team has managed strategic communications during lawsuits against wind energy companies (relating to wind turbines) and electric power companies (relating to plant development and siting issues).

We have significant experience representing client interests in Supreme Court cases. Recently, our representation included writing an amicus brief and handling real-time media inquiries as chief spokespersons.

We have provided litigation support to Gemseal, a coalition of pavement sealing companies.
