William (Will) Moore's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. With particularized experience in the telecommunications, energy, real estate, and financial services sectors, Mr. Moore has provided counsel to individual and business clients in areas ranging from intellectual property to securities to employment disputes. Mr. Moore provides legal counsel in all aspects of the litigation process, including preparing and defending pretrial motions, discovery, trial and appeal. Mr. Moore regularly appears in federal and state courts in Texas and across the country, has first and second chair trial experience, and has handled and resolved numerous matters through alternative dispute resolution procedures, including arbitration and mediation.
