Bill Hayes' practice emphasizes the structuring, drafting and negotiating of a wide variety of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, acquisition financings, borrowing base financings, insured credit facilities, subordinated debt, work-outs of troubled credits, letters of credit, and interest rate, currency and commodity derivatives.
Mr. Hayes has practiced finance law for more than 30 years and has represented a number of agents in significant syndicated bank credit facilities.
