Cleland (Cle) Dade advises diverse businesses and energy industry companies on a variety of corporate and securities law matters, including mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations. He provides counsel to investors regarding debt and equity securities issued by private companies and in public securities offerings, and advises clients on the formation of joint ventures and strategic alliances, project finance transactions, securities law disclosure matters, and corporate control arrangements.
Mr. Dade represents corporations and boards of directors in mergers and acquisitions, including stock and asset acquisitions as well as in general corporate matters, executive compensation arrangements, securities reporting, national securities exchange listings and related matters. His recent experience includes acquisitions and divestitures of pipeline, oil and gas and other energy companies or assets, as well as representation of investors in debt and equity securities issued by public and private companies and in project finance transactions in a variety of industries.
