Trevor Wommack focuses his practice on financial transactions, representing financial institutions, other lenders and borrowers in all types of secured and unsecured credit facilities, working capital and acquisition loans, syndicated loan transactions, debt restructurings, and project finance.
Mr. Wommack's experience includes syndicated credit facilities secured by upstream and midstream oil and gas assets, including pipelines and onshore and offshore reserves, as well as personal property and real estate.
Representative Matters
Represented El Paso Corporation in $300 million development, construction, and project financing of Elba Express Pipeline, 2009.
Represented the Administrative Agent in a syndicated $700M senior revolving credit facility, secured by offshore oil and gas properties, to a publicly traded exploration and production company in connection with the acquisition of a publicly traded exploration and production company.
Represented the Administrative Agent in a $300M senior secured revolving credit facility to an exploration and production company for the acquisition of mid-continent oil and gas properties.
Represented the Administrative Agent in a syndicated $75M revolving credit facility to a midstream oil and gas pipeline company.
Represented a publicly traded climate control company in connection with its revolving credit facility and intercreditor agreement between its bank lenders and its surety bond providers.
