Tony Visage is a commercial litigator with first-chair jury and bench trial experience. Mr. Visage focuses his trial practice on securities, fiduciary duty, fraud and energy trading issues. He has represented directors, officers, boards and committees of boards in disputes alleging securities issues, breaches of fiduciary duties, fraud and criminal acts. Mr. Visage represents several natural gas trading/marketing firms in investigations by and enforcement actions before FERC.

Mr. Visage represents boards, committees of boards and general counsels in special investigations in response to allegations of business fraud, criminal acts, labor and immigration violations, accounting irregularities and antitrust issues.

Mr. Visage represents officers and directors in investigations by the Department of Justice (including grand jury proceedings) and the SEC alleging violations of the securities, FCPA and antitrust laws. Mr. Visage recently represented a NYSE company in an OFAC investigation that resulted in the closing of the investigation with no penalties. He also represents a large, privately-held real estate company in proceedings before HUD and in a related grand jury proceeding.

Mr. Visage began his career at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP in 1993 and left the firm to become division general counsel for a Houston-based, Fortune 500, NYSE company. He returned to Bracewell in 2003.
