Tom D. McNutt
Tom McNutt's practice encompasses all areas of federal income taxation involving energy companies and other corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. Mr. McNutt advises clients on the formation of business entities, the tax consequences of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, tax-free reorganizations, joint ventures and various financial instruments.
Mr. McNutt advises clients on state and local taxes and assists with inbound and outbound international corporate tax planning, including counseling clients on various tax matters relating to energy-producing properties in Kazakhstan and other parts of the world.
