Tim Geiger is a member of Bracewell’s litigation section. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, including patent infringement, breach of patent assignment, trade secrets, and trademark infringement.
Prior to his legal career, Tim was an engineer with The Lincoln Electric Company, where he provided technical consultation to companies in various industries including oil and gas exploration, transportation and refining, alternative energy, and general fabrication.
