Terese Carr is an experienced practitioner in both environmental and real estate law. She has represented clients in a variety of industries in connection with environmental compliance and environmental auditing matters. She also has handled numerous commercial real estate transactions and other contract negotiations. Her clients include major entities in the telecommunications and energy fields.
Prior to her career as an attorney, Ms. Carr worked as a project manager for a state environmental regulatory agency and with a large environmental consulting firm. In this work, Ms. Carr gained significant experience on contaminated site cleanup and environmental remediation projects. She also spent six summers working in the oil and gas industry on Alaska's North Slope production fields and, while attending law school in Houston, worked in the legal department of a major independent oil and gas production company.
