Shelby J. Kelley represents and counsels clients in commercial litigation and government investigations, with an emphasis on contract disputes, energy litigation and regulatory matters, environmental issues, and white collar criminal matters. She also has participated in cases involving business torts, employment issues, intellectual property, government contracts, and Indian law.
Ms. Kelley represents clients in proceedings before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, congressional committees, and national and international arbitration panels. She frequently counsels clients during non-public administrative agency investigations.
