Scott Muehlberger is a member of the firm's Energy, Finance, Infrastructure and Real Estate group. He focuses on energy transactions, including those involving electric power, commodity trading, oil and gas exploration and production, structured finance, leveraged finance, and project finance and development.
Mr. Muehlberger is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Texas. Prior to entering the legal profession he worked as a tax consultant with Deloitte LLP in their New York financial services group.
