Sandra Ramos White practices in the firm's labor and employment and employee benefits section. Her practice includes the representation of management in a full range of labor and employment law matters, counseling and advising corporate managers, formulating preventive strategies, drafting employee handbooks and personnel policies and procedures, and representing clients before administrative agencies, mediations, arbitrations, court proceedings and settlement negotiations.
Prior to receiving her J.D., Ms. White was employed for more than eight years in the area of human resources, including two years as a human resources director for an internationally known electronics manufacturer.
Ms. White has also worked as in-house employment counsel for a global media and entertainment Fortune 500 company.
