Ryan Roth is a member of the firm's litigation section. His general civil litigation practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, including business torts, fraud, director and officer liability issues, breach of contract, and real estate and property disputes. He has represented clients in cases involving energy disputes, breaches of contract, and director and officer liability claims. Mr. Roth has first and second chair arbitration experience.
