Ross' principal areas of practice are business and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on bankruptcy litigation. He has represented debtors, creditors, committees, and post-confirmation litigation trusts in bankruptcy litigation matters, including breach of fiduciary duty and fraudulent conveyance actions. Ross also counsels and represents clients in other diverse matters, including breach of contract and patent infringement cases.
Ross has trial and arbitration experience and has handled appeals in state and federal appellate courts. He has handled cases in various jurisdictions, including courts in Texas, Delaware, New York, Alabama, Oklahoma, Illinois, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
