Ralph (Skip) McBride is the former head of the Trial section at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP and maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice in state and federal courts across Texas.
Mr. McBride began representing banks, energy companies and insurance companies in commercial and contract disputes more than 34 years ago, upon joining Bracewell. During his tenure at the firm, he has helped develop the firm's state-wide insurance, contingent fee and banking practices. He has experience in representing life, health, accident, liability, property and casualty, and professional liability insurers, as well as numerous financial institutions and banks.
Mr. McBride represents business clients and individuals in class actions, products liability lawsuits, oil and gas disputes, personal injury cases, construction contracts, trusts and probate matters, and securities litigation.
