Eric McCord represents clients in a wide range of corporate and securities matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets and securities matters.

Mr. McCord's general corporate experience includes representing both public and private companies, and their special committees and financial advisors, in connection with acquisitions and divestitures of businesses, corporate reorganizations and joint venture transactions. He advises both investors and issuers in the formation of corporations, partnerships, private investment funds and other business entities, private debt and equity transactions, management buyouts and financial restructuring matters. His capital markets and securities experience includes representing companies in connection with public offerings of equity and debt securities, Rule 144A and PIPE transactions and public reporting and compliance matters. Additionally, he represents issuers and investors in connection with tender and exchange offers, repurchases, consent solicitations and related matters.

Assisted Baker Hughes Incorporated in its acquisition of North East Mud Services Company.
