A member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Phil Sharp has wide and varied first-chair jury trial experience representing refineries, manufacturers, energy companies and pipelines in cases ranging from catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death suits to lawsuits involving chemical exposures, environmental contamination and alleged product defects. Mr. Sharp also represents oil and gas companies and joint venturers in a variety of commercial contexts including lawsuits involving leasehold disputes in the oil patch and suits involving the purchase, sale, storage, and treatment of natural gas.
Mr. Sharp is also the firm's Associate General Counsel.
