Patti Larsen joined the firm in December 2008 as the Public Issues Management Group's Manager of Strategic Communications, helping develop and implement strategies for businesses to use in dealing with local, regional, statewide and national issues. She maintains relationships with many national media analysts, commentators, political reporters and editors.

Ms. Larsen joined Bracewell & Giuliani after more than 20 years as the Vice President of Communications and Media Relations for The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. She managed and oversaw The Chamber's overall strategic communication program, forging and maintaining for the organization strong relationships with members of the media, governmental entities and other key Chamber stakeholders. Ms. Larsen was part of The Chamber teams that helped drive important civic and economic initiatives in San Antonio, including grassroots mobilization for support of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the AT&T Center “Saddles and Spurs” campaign, the Alamodome campaign, the PGA Village/TPC at San Antonio (PGA Tour) campaign, and three rounds of the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) process. Larsen helped organize several South Texas/Border Region tours in advance of State Legislative Sessions, staffed The Chamber’s NFL/UTSA Football Task Force, and was The Chamber liaison to the New Orleans Saints in 2005, helping mobilize community support for the Saints games played in the Alamodome.
