Patrick A. Caballero
Patrick Caballero maintains a civil litigation practice. He has particular experience representing commercial clients in the defense of business torts, oil and gas litigation, products and premises liability suits, and toxic tort matters.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Mr. Caballero served as a law clerk for the Honorable Harriet O'Neill on the Texas Supreme Court during the 2002 to 2003 term.
First-chair jury trial representation of international oil and gas company in petroleum pipeline dispute.
Represented convenience store association in litigation with retail electric provider before the Public Utility Commission.
Represented national aerospace and defense company in more than 50 ongoing asbestos and silica exposure cases.
Represented well-known national company in shipyard asbestos exposure cases.
Represented refining company in case involving alleged personal injury and property damage as a result of exposure to toxic chemicals.
Represented well-known insurance and annuity provider in disputes involving transfers of structured settlement annuities.
