Nancy Jo Nelson represents banks, borrowers and issuers in senior debt financings, project finance, trade finance, credit enhancement facilities, bond and capital markets transactions and structured financing arrangements. She has experience in negotiating and documenting both syndicated and single-bank credit facilities, and complex collateral arrangements.
Ms. Nelson works on a variety of international financings, including transactions involving Export-Import Bank, Overseas Private Investment Corporation, the International Finance Corporation, and the Inter-American Development Bank.
