Morgan Meyer has more than 15 years of experience as a commercial litigator. He represents and counsels business clients in complex commercial litigation and appeals in the areas of telecommunications, energy/oil and gas, intellectual property, consumer finance, banking, employment disputes, real estate, landlord/tenant issues, construction, securities litigation, insurance, commercial banking, financial services, and healthcare. He has also represented debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.

Morgan provides legal counsel in all aspects of the litigation process and regularly practices in both federal and state courts. He has experience regarding extraordinary and injunctive relief for clients, including temporary restraining orders, temporary injunctions and other writs. Morgan has tried and resolved numerous matters through trial, arbitration, and mediation. He has also successfully handled appeals in multiple courts of appeals and the Texas Supreme Court.

Morgan is a member of the Texas House of Representatives. He represents House District 108, which includes Dallas, Highland Park, and University Park, Texas. In 2015, he served on the Energy Resources and Insurance Committees.
