Michael Lombardino is a member of the firm's labor and employment group. His practice focuses on advising and representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including the litigation and arbitration of matters involving discrimination, hostile work environment, wrongful termination, retaliation, occupational safety and health, wage and hour disputes, enforcement of non-compete agreements, and employment-related torts and contract disputes. In addition to litigation, Mr. Lombardino assists clients with problem-preventing strategies, drafting employment-related agreements, and developing employment policies, procedures and handbooks that comply with federal and state law. Mr. Lombardino also provides assistance to clients concerning issues related to hiring, retention, promotion, demotion, and suspension, and provides guidance during investigations, employee terminations, and reductions in force.
