Michael Yates' practice involves a variety of commercial transactions, with an emphasis on complex financial transactions in the energy industry. Mr. Yates' practice primarily focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in the structuring and drafting of large, syndicated and bilateral, secured and unsecured financing transactions.
Mr. Yates also represents and counsels clients in commercial public and private project development and finance transactions, real estate development and leasing transactions, and energy asset acquisition and disposition. He also has experience representing both United States and foreign companies in the development of transportation facilities and energy projects.
