Mateo Fowler is an associate in the Houston office where he represents and counsels clients in all aspects of intellectual property and commercial litigation. Mr. Fowler has litigation and trial experience in multiple state and federal courts, as well as in the International Trade Commission, involving intellectual property, technology licensing, antitrust, standard setting organizations, and business disputes.
Prior to joining Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, Mr. Fowler was an attorney with a trial firm in Los Angeles, California.
