Mark Dendinger is a member of the firm's Financial Restructuring team. Mr. Dendinger's practice focuses on the representation of institutional investors, fund managers and lenders in complex workouts, insolvency proceedings, and litigation, in US and international corporate restructurings. Mr. Dendinger also assists private investment funds, investors and advisers on regulatory and transactional matters as a member of the firm's Private Investment Funds team.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dendinger worked for a private equity and real estate investment company specializing in secondary market transactions. He spent a substantial part of his career performing due diligence on secondary private equity portfolio purchases for the firm. Mr. Dendinger also spent time underwriting primary commitments to fund managers on behalf of third-party institutional investors.
