Marcus Friedman
Marcus Friedman's practice focuses on advising private investment firms, corporations and financial institutions on mergers, acquisitions and the sale of corporate assets, private equity investments, financing arrangements, securities law compliance, corporate governance and general corporate matters in public and private takeovers, investments, restructuring and reorganizations in the U.S. and abroad.
Mr. Friedman extended his legal education with experience as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, as a research assistant on privacy and technology issues to a law professor, as a law clerk in a securities and corporate law firm and as a legal intern in the Securities Arbitration Clinic of Brooklyn Law School.
