Lon Williams advises, counsels and trains management concerning employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, equal employment opportunity, occupational safety and health, wage and hour, labor relations and related issues in the employment relationship. He is a trained mediator and has participated in more than 100 mediations, many of which involve employment issues. Mr. Williams has considerable experience representing management in traditional labor matters including negotiating collective bargaining agreements.
Mr. Williams has more than 30 years of human resource, labor and employment law experience in corporations and law firms.
