Lisa Crain is a paralegal in the firm's energy, finance, infrastructure and real estate practice group. She focuses on transactions involving loans, derivatives, commodities, structured financial products, and other financial instruments, and related regulatory and advisory matters.
Ms. Crain's paralegal experience prior to joining the firm included three years in the legal department of a global, multi strategy investment management firm headquartered in Dallas and six years in the business practices group of an international law firm with a concentration in corporate and structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and general corporate support.
