Kody Kleber is an associate in the trial section of Bracewell & Giuliani LLP. Mr. Kleber represents and counsels clients in commercial and intellectual property litigation.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Mr. Kleber served as a law clerk to the Honorable Federico A. Moreno, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, from 2007 to 2008. During law school, Mr. Kleber also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Xavier Rodriguez of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
