Kelly Koscuiszka joins Bracewell & Giuliani LLP after one year of practicing at a boutique criminal defense firm in New Jersey, where she primarily represented clients in state and federal criminal proceedings. She also handled select plaintiff's litigation and general commercial matters. During her first year of practice, Ms. Koscuiszka had the opportunity to argue motions, negotiate pleas, and second-chair a state criminal trial.
During law school, Ms. Koscuiszka worked for Street Law Inc., and the Supreme Court Historical Society, serving as program coordinator for Justice Kennedy's Education Initiative. Upon graduation, Ms. Koscuiszka received the Advocacy Award.
