Kelli Borbon is a member of the firm's Trial section and an experienced litigator. She has substantial experience in complex litigation, employment litigation, consumer litigation and products liability litigation. In addition, she has represented companies in administrative proceedings and government audits and has conducted or been involved with numerous internal investigations. Ms. Borbon also focuses on advising clients in litigation avoidance, regulatory compliance and general risk management strategies, policies and procedures.
