Kathleen F. Harris counsels business clients in general corporate, partnership and commercial matters, including entity formation and planning, commercial contract negotiation, public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, transactions, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations and transactions. She represents purchasers and sellers in asset and stock transfers, prepares sales contracts and related documents, and analyzes the legal consequences of proposed transactions.
Ms. Harris has particular experience in the resale of restricted securities and Rule 144, the transfer and financing of vessels, and maritime citizenship matters.
