Katherine G. Tower
Kathy Tower is a trial paralegal with more than 25 years of experience. At Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, she has been involved in numerous litigation matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, asbestos and benzene litigation, commercial and business disputes, complex litigation, labor related litigation, and whistleblower actions. She has assisted in the preparation for and attendance at numerous state and federal trials, arbitrations and mediations. Her responsibilities begin at the initial client contact and follow through the trial and appeal process. Specific responsibilities include initial case analysis; case preparation and management; fact and witness investigation; witness interviews; drafting of pleadings, motions, judgments, settlement agreements and other legal documents; propounding and responding to discovery; document review, analysis and control; medical records analysis; case docketing, calendaring, and scheduling; expert research; legal research; and document cite checking.
Prior to joining Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, Ms. Tower was the Paralegal Administrator for a prior firm and also functioned as that entity's recruiting coordinator. Ms. Tower is a past member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Legal Assistant's Division of the State Bar of Texas, and the Alamo Area Professional Legal Assistants.
