Julia Wells' practice consists of general civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, business torts and employment-related contract disputes. She has experience in both state and federal courts in cases involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, misrepresentation and related claims.
Ms. Wells has represented both employers and premises owners in suits, including claims for negligent hiring and retention, premises liability, personal injury and wrongful death. She also has experience in insurance, environmental and toxic tort litigation.
