Jim Perschbach's practice is concentrated in matters involving commercial contracting and litigation. His particular focus has been on matters involving regulatory compliance such as False Claims Act litigation, public contracting and commercial insurance coverage. While Mr. Perschbach practices in the trial section, much of his time is spent assisting clients with issues related to federal and state contracting, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance.
Clients frequently rely on Mr. Perschbach for advice and counsel regarding their relationship and business dealings with federal and state entities. He works particularly closely with defense contractors in the aerospace sector including entities providing products, services, and fuels to or on behalf of federal agencies. He has also worked closely with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare regulations.
