Jessica M. Ramirez
Jessica Ramirez is a paralegal in Bracewell & Giuliani LLP’s intellectual property section. She has experience with U.S. and international trademark prosecution and filings; and with copyright registrations, including electronic filings with the U.S. Patent and Trademark and U.S. Copyright Offices. She coordinates and communicates with outside domestic and international counsel on trademark matters and conduct preliminary trademark search and clearance and review of watch notice. She assist counsel with agreements, cease and desist letters, opposition/cancellation proceedings, intellectual property enforcement and litigation. Ms. Ramirez also maintains worldwide client portfolio intellectual property applications and registrations.
