Jeris Diana Brunette focuses her practice on commercial lending and financial transactions in a variety of industries. She represents financial institutions, energy companies and other lenders and borrowers in a wide array of secured and unsecured credit transactions, including oil and gas secured financings, project financings, asset and accounts securitizations, debt and loan restructurings and workouts, working capital facilities and letter of credit facilities.
Structured and Project Finance Matters
Represented Ferrellgas L.P. in its $160 million accounts receivable securitization with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., 2010.
Represented Crédit Agricole as lead arranger in its $950 million secured revolving credit facility for McDermott International, Inc., 2010-2011.
Represented El Paso Natural Gas Company, Colorado Interstate Gas Company, Southern Natural Gas Company, and Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company in $140 million of wholesale accounts receivables programs with BNP Paribas under new accounting rules, 2010.
Represented Société Générale as lead arranger in a $77.5 million project financing of digital movie projectors, 2011.

Represented Apache Corp. in a $5 billion bridge loan to finance the acquisition of oil and gas assets from BP, 2010.
Represented El Paso Corporation in its $1.25 billion corporate credit facility, 2011.
