James Needham is a member of Bracewell's trial section. His practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, and general commercial and securities litigation.
Mr. Needham has represented major financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, and individuals in complex litigation matters, as well as in connection with Department of Justice, Securities & Exchange Commission and Congressional investigations.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Needham was an equity research associate with a bulge bracket investment bank. He held Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 certifications.
