Representative Matters
Represented Enterprise Products Operating L.P. in its public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 8.375 percent fixed/floating rate junior subordinated notes.
Represented Hercules Offshore Inc., a provider of drilling and liftboat services in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico, in its $184 million initial public offering.
Represented the underwriters in the $153 million initial public offering by Aries Maritime Transport Limited, an international shipping company based in Athens, Greece.
Represented K-Sea Transportation Partners L.P., a master limited partnership engaged in the maritime transportation of refined petroleum products, in its $98 million initial public offering.
Represented CenterPoint Energy Inc. in its private placement of $400 million Rule 144A senior notes offering and related exchange offer.
Represented CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp. in a series of Rule 144A senior notes offerings and related exchange offers aggregating $922 million.
Represented CenterPoint Energy Inc. in connection with its 2002 restructuring under the Texas Electric Choice Plan.
Represented K-Sea Transportation Partners L.P. in a $22 million vessel acquisition from the Bay/Gulf Companies and Marpol Inc.
Represented Enterprise Products Partners L.P. in a $460 million acquisition of storage and splitter assets from Diamond-Koch L.P.
