Leslie Morgan


Glen’s principal area of practice is public finance. He has represented cities, counties, school districts, nonprofit entities, and financial institutions as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, and disclosure counsel in public finance transactions. Glen has represented nonprofit entities in matters relating to formation, corporate governance, and determination of exemption from federal income taxation. He has also successfully advocated the passage of legislation relating to nonprofit-entity finance in Texas.

Prior to his legal career, Glen served seven years as a United States Army Medical Service Corps Officer.
