For more than 40 years, George Parker has represented management in diverse employment and labor-related matters in federal and state court litigation, arbitrations and proceedings before government administrative agencies, including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the National Labor Relations Board, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He has experience in appellate work and has argued numerous cases in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Parker also has experience representing airlines and railroads in matters arising under the Railway Labor Act.
Mr. Parker recently handled a pro bono case for a World War II Navajo Code Talker injured at the Battle of Iwo Jima. He successfully obtained for him full Veterans Administration benefits and bestowment of a Purple Heart.
