George D. Felcyn

Director, Government Affairs
George Felcyn is an experienced communications professional providing strategic advocacy, media relations and public affairs services to a wide range of clients. He has designed and implemented communications campaigns on issues involving international trade disputes and negotiations, manufacturing, energy, product safety, monetary policy, healthcare and homeland security.
Mr. Felcyn has an extensive background in journalism, public policy and strategic communications. He joined Bracewell & Giuliani LLP after five years at an international public affairs firm, where he conducted targeted advocacy, reputation management and public education efforts on behalf of multinational corporations, trade associations, international financial institutions and U.S. government agencies.
He has worked in print, radio and television journalism covering a broad range of international affairs and domestic political issues, including the 1996 Presidential campaign party conventions. Mr. Felcyn also worked overseas in Tirana, Albania identifying and developing viable independent media programming and fostering democratic debate, and ran the programming for an international affairs and public policy think tank based in Los Angeles. He began his career in communications at a boutique public relations firm in Manhattan.
