Adam Dempsey is a member of the firm's Energy, Finance, Infrastructure and Real Estate group. His practice focuses on commercial lending and financial transactions. Mr. Dempsey represents domestic and foreign lending institutions and borrowers in connection with a wide variety of commercial lending transactions. This work includes structuring, negotiating and documenting of all types of senior, subordinated, secured, second lien, and unsecured syndicated financial and other lending transactions, as well as secured asset-based debt financings, acquisition and working capital facilities, letter of credit facilities, bond credit enhancement facilities, and oil and gas secured financings.
The majority of his practice consists of the representation of large commercial banks in connection with syndicated credit facilities to borrowers in a wide variety of industries, with emphasis on the energy sector. Mr. Dempsey also devotes a significant amount of time to the representation of borrowers in syndicated loan transactions, particularly secured leverage transactions.
