Erick Sandlin is a commercial litigator with jury trial experience.  Mr. Sandlin focuses his litigation practice on complex commercial litigation.  He counsels and represents clients in diverse matters, including securities, fiduciary duty, fraud and energy trading issues, lender liability litigation, business torts, energy-related litigation, and director and officer liability issues. He represents directors, officers, boards, and committees of boards in disputes against investment advisors or brokers alleging securities issues, unsuitable and unauthorized transactions, breaches of fiduciary duties, fraud and criminal acts. Mr. Sandlin also represents clients in investigations by and enforcement actions before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

Mr. Sandlin previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Priscilla Owen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
