Elizabeth Tillotson is an associate in the trial section of Bracewell & Giuliani’s New York office. She focuses on general commercial litigation, internal investigations and white collar criminal defense. Ms. Tillotson has litigated complex commercial disputes involving contract, tort, and claims arising under federal law, and has litigated disputes concerning federal and state constitutional law, including the Commerce Clause. Ms. Tillotson also represents individuals and companies in criminal and regulatory investigations involving securities laws.
